Before asking try searching the Forums for an answer .
You could have tried here
Also some people use PvX for builds , Warrior ones can be found here

^ What the guy above with the picture of a cartoon tiger said. I will give some sort of insight, though for you.
Elementalists in general have skill that mainly focus on damaging, debuffing foes, or buffing themselves. Combine that concept with the warrior concept. Do that and you might have some ideas trickle out for a build.
If not, I'll just give you a few examples of what W/E goes for. Mainly they bring conjure enchantments for that extra boost of damage in their attacks. That's generally it. Although a good idea in addition to damage boost is to take advantage of the earth skills that reduces damage on you. Could be a nice substitute for Defy Pain which will also give way for a different elite you might want to bring. The conjure builds are the main favorite, none the less.

I believe it was Hamstring, Fire Storm, Ice Spikes, Inferno, Chain Lightning, Resurrection Signet and some others? I know for sure you need to wield a bow in the process!

"good" "tank" and "build" don't deserve to be in the same sentence. You can hold aggro, but having a tanking build is bad. Your build should be raw power with maybe a bit of utility. The Shock Axe bar Trippie posted is a great bar to use, you just have to learn to use Frenzy properly for the most part though so that you don't get killed because of that; you can't depend soully on your Monks for survivability, but put some of your own player skill to that too with the use of certain skills.

A W/E tank build...
Obsidian Flesh
Dolyak Signet
Stoneflesh Aura
Not a very good build, because tanking shouldnt be done in gw, but it works.
